JOPLIN, Mo. — 4 State Trucks, home of the Chrome Shop Mafia, will be hosting the seventh annual Guilty By Association Truck Show and customer expo on September 25-26.

The event will be held at the 4 State Trucks corporate headquarters just off Interstate 44 at exit 4 in Joplin. The two-day, family-friendly event is expected to attract in excess of 10,000 attendees and will feature at least 330 working show trucks, concerts by Livewire and Tony Justice, a kid’s zone, food vendors, contests, a world-class truck and tractor pull, fireworks, motorcycle stunt riders, big rig burnouts, as well as discounted sale pricing on parts and merchandise.

The show culminates with the world’s largest truck convoy making its way to downtown Joplin on September 26 at 6 p.m. for a massive street party and celebration.

Last year’s event set the record for the number of trucks in a Special Olympics convoy and raised more than $73,000 for Special Olympics of Missouri.

The goal in 2015 is to increase the number of trucks in the convoy while also establishing a new record for funds raised.

“We do this truck show each year to say ‘thanks’ to all of our loyal customers,” said Bryan Martin, owner of 4 State Trucks. “It’s a great time, a fun time for our truckers and their families, for our staff, and for the entire Joplin area. It’s nice that we were able to partner with Special Olympics of Missouri a few years ago. All of the proceeds that are raised stay right here in Southwest Missouri. The drivers look forward to the convoy fundraiser each year. It’s a great way for them to show off their big rigs and they really step up and support it. We’re very proud of the trucking industry and we’re honored to be a part of such a great cause.”

4 State Trucks, founded in 1979, is a family owned and operated heavy-duty truck parts and accessory dealer in Joplin. Chrome Shop Mafia was introduced in 2003 as a truckers' club for our customers. CSM is famous for their cutting edge customization and fabrication when it comes to big rig trucks. They set the trend for excitement in the trucking industry.”
