Default Working for Panther. Cargo Vans and Sprinters!

Heyy Everyone!!! My names Martin im 26 and im from Detroit, Michigan. I recently signed up for panther and i want to drive either a sprinter or cargo van. I have no knowledge of this job because there aint much to read about on the internet. I wanted to know about some things if anyone can help me out i would greatly appreciate it. Here it goes.....
    I wanna drive solo.
Is it better to drive a sprinter or Cargo van?? And why?
Whats a pretty good week for a Van Driver and a Sprinter? (money wise)
How should i take pay? By percentage? Per mile? etc. Should i pay for fuel?
What are some things i should be aware of or look out for?

Again i would greatly appreciate any input. Thanks for reading and have a good day!

Well i will give you some advice it might not be what you want here. First ill answer yorr questions. If you are going to drive for an owner and have the choice take the Sprinter more room and better fuel mileage, more than likely you will be paid on a 60/40 split with you getting the 60+ fsc.

My advice would be at your age go back to school. Because at your age I dont know if you have kids or a wife but you wont see them very much, and doing this your social life will be almost niil.

But if you do do this buy your own van. at Panther in a van you will get .77/mi + and average of .12/mi fsc and an average of 1200mi/week. + about 600miles deadhead, do the math. and your fuell costs is right now about .18/mile. In an owners van you will net after fuel about $374 and the owner will get about $369. So I think you could pay a van payment and maintence and other cost for a lot less than $369/ week or $ 1476/ month.or $17712/ year. Like I said do the math........

I guess not, he hasn't come back yet.
Drive carefully. It's not only trucks that can be recalled by their Maker.
