Six figure speeding fines
Was watching CNN this AM and they did a piece on a trend on speeding fines in Europe. Certain countries, they mentioned Switzerland and one other, are basing speeding fines not on the amount of speeding, but how much you have in the bank and your yearly income. The example they gave was a Swiss millionaire got caught going 35 mph over and his fine was $260,000! The way the Annointed One likes to march lock-step with the EU, this could be a problem for us. On the other hand if they base the fine on how much you make and how much you have in the bank, they might owe me money if I get caught, lol.
