BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -
Jurors have decided that an Ohio truck driver should be sentenced to death for killing his boss and another man at an office near Toledo.
The decision was announced Thursday.
The same Wood County jury last week convicted Calvin Neyland (NY'-luhnd) Jr. of two counts of aggravated murder.
The truck driver's attorneys had told jurors he was mentally ill and asked that he be sent to prison for life.
Neyland was found guilty of gunning down manager Doug Smith and retired Pennsylvania state trooper Thomas Lazar in August 2007 at Liberty Transportation outside Toledo.
Lazar had been sent to the trucking company office to help fire Neyland
