Do you think former members of the military should be tried in federal civilian courts for alleged crimes committed during their active-duty service?

As you may already know, a man can be tried in both venues, once in the military and once in the civilian courts. It is the only place that has double jepordy.
To answer your question, NO, a guy should have been tried in the military court.
