So let me get this straight....................while being fingerprinted the vato floats an air bisquit that probably smelled like a three day old bean burrito and he gets charged with battery?????

That's the most ridiculous charge i have heard, fanning your fart towards someone is not an assault. It is gross, but not an assault. I guess we are all breaking the law.:rofl2[1]:
