Unfortunately, in too many cases, the service you receive is neither good, fast OR cheap...and often times doesn't fix the problem...

I agree with you Loose.

The problem is, do to unskilled, unprofessional mechanics (give them a toolbox as a present and they call themselfs a mechanic).

If you are lucky your problem will solved at the first attempt, usually the third visit to the repair shop is successful (for the same mechanical problem).

The most aggravating part of this is, you have to pay outrageous $$$$amount for each repair, if you don't pay, the repair shop won't release your truck.

I agree wholeheartedly, Molly...even worse is warranty repairs...maybe you don't pay up front, but you probably already
paid in add-on charges when the truck was purchased...we have warranty repair issues with this KW, and many times the
repairs have not fixed the original problem...
