Not looking to good to get a load out of NW indiana today so I am gonna deadhead to libertyville tonight. Hang at a friends house. I might make the 400 mile trip home. The QC just beeped and I am 3rd out. So off to Chicago I go :)

I actually scored a load on my deadhead. Ended up in Rumbulus (sounds like a star trek name :) ) MI.. I'm gonna try for chicago again in a few hours. Maybe I'll make it :D Feel free to send me a IM here or on yahoo (merkurfan for yahoo too) I'd love to meet you guys and put a face to the name. Find yourself a place to meet and I'll drive to you. A van is much cheaper to drive (tolls) in chicago than a 6 wheeler.

Yup, I spelled it wrong woober. The glass at the truck stop musta been 5 inches thick, and the porn mags where at eye level.. (if your 4 years old!) kind of a dumpy truck stop. I slept with one eye open and bugged out that morning for Chicago.

Got 1400 miles in so far this week (loaded) might call it a week early tomorrow and start for home. I hope they can get me farther west than Rochester NY. Home is closer to Rochester MN!
