I must be a fool

For the life of me, i cant figure out how to put a pic in the pet photo section. I open the pic in the "my pictures" on my computer, right click, and i dont see properties. what in the heck am i doing wrong?

There are 2 steps to posting a picture. At the top of the page is a black square with a camera in it. Click on it and it will take you to the photo gallery. Join the gallery and upload your picture there. Once you have the picture on the Internet right click and you will see the properties. Copy the properties and then log into the forums and paste it in the forum you want it to show in. Be sure to use the img button both in front and at the end of the link.

OK Tony, i registered, activated and uploaded successfully but then when i go to add to album it says:

Critical error
There was an error while processing a database query

What now?
