Things have been changing so rapidly at Fed Ex lately it's getting hard to keep up!
We've all pretty much aired our complaints here and I hope we can continue to gather here in this forum, if for no other reason than to vent in good company. We're all in this together and when things are bad, there's comfort in knowing you're not in the situation alone.
It's always easier to vent, complain, gripe or whatever you want to call it and please don't take this wrong, I'm not knocking that.........WE HAVE TO DO THAT OR WE WILL EXPLODE!!!! :yikes:
With that being said, I want to start a new series of threads about making changes. Posts about what YOU, AND YOU, AND YOU feel can be done to make things better.
Let's flip this thing over on the other side and see if we can try and get something done in a constructive way. I'll make a list of topics and make them stickies. I'd like you to post your ideas on how these things can be improved upon or changed completely. If this series doesn't catch enough interest to warrant a "sticky position" then we'll change all posts back to normal and let them gradually intertwine with the rest.
Looking forward to your input.
