This just it from our attorney....We who was with FDCC thought we had underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage on our bobtail/physical insurance was WRONG!!! It seems that a one Kimble H., vice president, FDCC denied coverage for all the independant drivers, and according to TN law, its up to the insured to make that choice. Now the lord knows I would have accepted that coverage, especially with all the knuckleheads on the road who dont have insurance. Ya'll may want to check yer policies, cuz according to FDCC on the physical damage side, none of us are covered, and thats B.S. in my book. I'm going to look at my breakdown of coverage and see if I was charged xtra for uninsured motorist's and am going to call protective in the a.m.. If in fact that if all of us were paying for it, yet not covered, we can all file a class action suit. But before that can happen, we need to look at our breakdowns and make a few calls. You would think that it would be part of it, I will have to do some real investigating.....
