Joe... Its nice for a local guy but not expediting...its too old 95, most carriers want 5 yrs or newer also 10,700 GVW means log and scales. also NO warranty AS IS .

Thanks for posting this though someone just may have an interest in it! :)

That is an interesting van! Ken has a point about the age and GVW's but look at it and imagine building one like this for your own expediting use. Most vans are about 11ft of cargo on an ext-van. Buy a cut-a-way and have a box built maybe 60" wide and 15' long using 36" for a sleeper and 12' allowing to haul 3 skids. I'm sure one could stay under 10k GVW. Kind of like TW's big - B banana!

Being a hard core vanner that truck would be painful to use everyday. While I think it is sharp looking it is too small (read as short) and that step down at the rear will make it near impossible to load with a forklift.

My Big B is just barely big enough for what I do and I can stand up in the back.

Yeah, I didn't look at the year on the van, what I was most interested in was the van body it's self...

I can't recal seeing such a lowprofile van before... It'd be interesting to see what type of mileage and control the vehicle gets...

But, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. I though it'd work for most applications. Maybe if the step wasn't there, but that could be fixed. Just imagine a nice storage area for a spare, tools, hazard markers, ect... And then just deck above it, so it's a smooth floor... The height is whats a kicker... But.. I'd be willing to wager most pallet loads I've seen would fit in there with no problem... In addition being wide, you could make two pallets out of one tall one if need be and still hopefully* have space...

Guess thats it... I wasn't and am not looking at this or any van. My needs are not for this kind of equipment...

LLLike I said it's a nice looking rig. I still say it's too short. I have a 5' 8" high door opening on my truck and it is too short for many of the skids I haul. That truck looks like it would be able to handle a 4' tall skid. As for the idea of storage in the back I'd agree that would be slick.
