We know were the "hot" boards are, and were the "dud" boards are. We do not need to be micro managed and don't expect to be. We will take care of your equipment and repair what we can. We don't take loads that put us into a bad position for a week, no matter how big the load is, been there done that. We will not run Canada, or Haz-Mat. (We did Canada for a year, got tired of the red tape) We stay out 3-4 weeks and require 1 week home. We are open to joining another carrier if you have the truck and requirements we need, as long as class is covered by owner. We know that ready made teams are a premium and we expect to be treated as such. We require, a)2005 or newer double axle ideal, TVAL unit, automatic b)double sleeper (As in an upper and lower bunk) c)APU generator (or it idles) We dont require, TV, microwave, sink, shower etc. d)40% Driver 60% Owner on all Panther bonuses, not including FSC (Owner pays fuel)100% Hand loads/unloads to driver. e)We get our 40% loaded onto my Comdata card, out of shipper. We won't do direct deposit, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. f)I have and will pay for Pre Pass. g)EZ Pass required, and toll reimbursement to me for areas that don't cover EZ Pass. h)Qualcomm usage fees, and workmens comp...Well that needs to be discussed.
